Company 401k match of 5%, work from home, stock buy back options, lots of pto/vacation, pension (ending 12/31/19). Salary’s could be higher. Health plan is excellent and overall many good benefits.
Standard but costly even with high deductible plan.. retirement options were ok.
We do have decent benefits for the most part. However each year the employees cost increase The high deductible health insurance coverage essentially makes the employee fund their own health care
Health insurance costs have increased dramatically in the last couple of years with very high deductible plans. 401k match is excellent. Employee stock purchase plan is good and bonuses/ stock awards are competitive
401k - if you add 6% they'll match 9%. Tuition reimbursement to $10k. ESPP - 15% discount on stock purchases every 6mo. 100% match on most forms of charitable giving. Very large company so some form of almost all standard benefits, but nothing else dramatic to note.
PTO is above average. Medical/Dental benefits are expensive and mediocre. 401k match is pretty decent. The rest is pretty meh.
Good benefits - 401 and pension
Best - Good 401k match, salary, and PTO. Early raises when young and no pressure to not take vacation days.

There are health options for all needs and the interface to make changes is convenient.
