Chubb's paid time-off policy provides you with flexibility to help you meet your personal needs. Based on your service, you receive a "bank" of PTO days to use during the year. Chubb also observes a generous schedule of paid holidays.

Earn PTOs immediately on start date of employment with Chubb.

PTOs are allocated monthly based on years of service.

    Worst thing is they took away profit sharing after merger. All benefits have reduced since merger such as dental and vision.
