    Good job training program. Usually training stores do a good job preparing managers in training. They pay for your hotel and travel time if training location is far away from your home store.

    Training consists of mostly watching DVDs and taking a few paper quizzes. Some OTF training but not much.

    The initial training is well and helps alot but onced placed in your store the is little to no training to further yourself in the company
