Everything EXCEPT the vision insurance is good. The vision and dental plans will not quote coverage, but at least the dental plan pays, while the vision doesn't. At Pearl Vision (where I was directed by Meritain, the vision plan) they made me pay, gave me a receipt, and wished me luck regarding reimbursement (because they had NEVER received a dime from Meritain)! Had it not been for the vision plan, I would've given 5 stars!
Company pays for the health insurance in its entirety including with dependents.
Federal Insurance through tribal insurance packages is less expensive with more choice than most companies. Time off is earned with seniority it increased at 5 and 10 years.
You pay 100% of everything if you are not a union employee.
They provide NOTHING unless you are UNION and they are forced to. Anyone who isn't union gets no benefits. Their insurance (which you have to pay 100% of the premium) is really expensive. They don't match on 401K. They have no retirement package (unless you're union). Unfortunately, due to our screwed up federal laws, Supervisors cannot be union, so this company provides their supervisors with nothing.
The overall compensation for medical benefits is outstanding
401k is non-matching and the insurance is on you, benifits are minimal at best. (the one's you can afford)
Formerly generous benefits diminishing. Leave was cut back and many employees like me made less leave than when we were hired. Flat fee for 401(k) was charges without notice. Many employees lose funds there faster than they can save due to fees.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
