Overall job satisfaction, the people, the culture, the prestige of the entire company.
Seasonal do not get a benefits package. Full-time employees get decent benefits, but in general, the company is known for paying on the low end of the scale. You do get to work for the Kentucky Derby though, which is pretty cool.
Best is the heath plan in which the company pays about 90% of the cost for employee coverage.
You get to keep your tips

cost is high but that is now everywhere, 401K could be better also..
Great benefits and stock options
stock purchasing option at discounted rate. CD's stock only grows.
Everything is cafeteria style when it comes to benefits, so if you think something is important you can get it.
Best PTO and HSA, worst is the way it is managed. Macy's has everything on one website, why cant Churchill do that? Benefits are scattered around different companies and is hard to navigate.
