“Training is not as in depth as it could be. They provide 7 days of training but many specific, important details are missed. Quizzes are not always graded.”
Paid time off is very nice
Great insurance, fair profit sharing program, 401k, 2 weeks vacation first year, 3 weeks at 5 years
Chuys offers basic restaurant perks
great insurance costs, one week vacation after 6 months employment then one every 6 months after until at 3 years you get a vacation every 4 months
It is a different culture then any full service.
I was part-time so benefits packages were not offered if they even have them.
They don’t offer any of these benefits. Good luck trying to take a vacation. They don’t care if you can’t get your shift covered.
There is no benefits of any kind. Only benefit is meeting new people everyday
I am part time so I don't get many benefits, but pay is not good. I have recently discovered that my wages are the lowest of my position despite the fact that I have a college degree, have been employed longer, and am very proficient at my job.
Great benefits package including medical, dental, vision and 401K matching.
