They have/had (new owner now and I believe the benefits are stripped down quite a bit) a decent benefits package. Each year the health insurance changed and got a LOT more expensive.

decent health insurance but often had to pay more after the copay for routine doctor's visits
PTO policy is pretty awful. Health insurance is okay - it’s good enough to save your house from foreclosure if you get sick. 401K is junk - 50% match up to 6% of your salary with a staggering 5 year vesting schedule. Not a lot of other benefit options. Basically just enough to keep you alive and billing.
It was an average benefit package with nothing glaringly missing. Have definitely seen better packages at varying points in my career.
