Ciber offers paid time off packages to employees.
- not competitive vacation package - very few holidays
I get more time to start than my last company
We had "unlimited" Paid time off which equated to a maximum of 20 days off. Many people lost time/money due to the new plan. It was extremely difficult to administer and you were not paid for up to a week's worth of time for any time that was unused under the previous plan.
Very good to my experience.
They provide unlimited PTO. That's awesome!!!
Ok average comparable benefits in same industry
start with 2 weeks no matter where you are coming from and years of experience. Not open for negotiation
unlimited time off is a joke, you never meet that criteria's defined
Grandfathered in to 17 days/year. This includes vacation and sick days. In some practices, if you are on the bench they take your vacation days. They took away our ability to cash out 80 hours/year. The new policy is "unlimited" PTO with restrictions. It was not, of course, of benefit to the workers.
Average paid time off, but good opportunities to take leave without pay.
