Not a good plan for employees.
If you are let go before 2 years you don't get the match; not vested.
.5 % match up to 3%. Meaning you contribute 6+%, they cap out at 3%
Easy enrollment process, easy to change your level of contribution/percentage at any time.
For a company of this size, the match is incredibly poor. I had higher expectations for the 401K match.
They have a very low matching clause.
They have one, so that's good. Match is weak and vesting schedule is ridiculous. They must save a lot of money this way though due to high turn over.
As an LTE employee you don't get it
We are matched 1.5% at a maximum, which I have heard is low compared to other companies.
1.5% match on 401K......well below any standard regardless of industry
