Benefits were good but i've heard they are even better now.
Paid time off is the best thing about our benefits, all employees start at 3 weeks and it gradually goes up to 5 weeks by year 5. The worst thing is the health insurance that is offered, all high deductible plans.
The fact that if you're hired as an LTE employee there are no benefits
401K match is terrible.....health insurance options are terrible unless you are 20 and healthy
High priced for what you received
High deductible plans were the only affordable choices.
Vacation time is accrued but the company only allows 40 hours of rollover PTO from previous year, 401k plan with a match, health insurance needs some attention.
The insurance deductibles are very high.
Time off is great if they let you use it. People have gotten in trouble for not getting things done on vacation. Worst thing is the medical benefits. High deductibles are getting better. HSA contributions are standard.
The healthcare plan is awful, the only option is a High Deductible plan which is almost like not having insurance at all. The 401K match is also not up to industry standard.
