Paid time off is offered to Cigna employees based on the number of years of service.
18 days of paid vacation plus holidays. You also have the option to purchase 5 additional days off for the year. Use it or lose it. No rolling days.
Generous PTO. Able to rollover 40 unused PTO hours every year.
Vacation time is reasonable. Earned PTO is not generous. The transition to a new means of tracking time off is not staright forward but maybe benefitial in the long run.

PTO is unmatched. You have your PTO available day 1. They prorate if if you start mid year, but they offer a very good amount of PTO.

Vacation time and sick for hourly and only Paid time off for salaried employees. Hourly employees have a weeks extra vacation.
Pretty generous in theory but it was frowned upon when u actually wanted to use it.
More than 3 weeks offered in first year of employment but the attendance policy was very strict for the nature of the job.
I seem to have more PTO than friends at other places. A lot of time wasted on mental health days because most people at Cigna have zero work life balance.
