“The benefits are not terrible. They are not the best in the industry but they are costly if you are in the office.”

  • 401K Plan  (3 comments)

“They match what you put in up to a certain percent. I have nothing bad to say about it. It is threw Fidelity.”

Great benefits that aren't common in other local companies! Paid volunteer hours, company involvement in local events, holiday hours, business smart dress attire.

Work from home flexibility is awesome. Worst thing is no raises to begin 2018, they just gave a bonus and kept our salaries the same.

If you are in the field you will have union benefits. If you go to an office your benefits are expensive and not nearly as good.

Worst thing about it is that we lost our pension plan, best things are we still get bonus pay and a good life work balance with vacation pay, tuition reimbursed

Decent 401k match, great PTO, 40 hours of volunteer time and many jobs offer a company paid cell phone. Insurance is pretty expensive of you are not in the union.

If you are in door to door sales you have to hit your goal 3 months in a row to earn your benafits. When you have a family thats very stressful. The benafits are decent they arent as good as twcs.
