Pretty good but they have become stringent on allowing certain types of health issues which require X-rays or MRIs

Pushing towards High Deductible - less and less company match for HSA
Children's still has a decent Insurance coverage for the most part. Best benefit is prescription coverage for most part is still pretty good.
It seems comparable to other places. The medical center contributes toward your HSA.
HSA account seems ok.
For health, dental, and vision for a family of 4, we pay around $6000/year for the high deductible plan. It's pretty expensive, but they do contribute $500/quarter to help off set expenses, which is nice.
