Benefits are competitive, good retirement program, and time off program. I have no negative comments about the benefits except many long term employees don’t know how good they have it

I think compared to the coverage my spouse gets, CCHMC offers pretty comprehensive packages. Even the high deductible HSA is achievable for my family, as CCHMC contributes to the HSA.
