34 paid leaves per year
good health insurance and 401k, but, limited vacation and PTOs
Good: pension plan. Worst: embarrassingly bad maternity leave considering we are a top research hospital.

Excellent place to work. Benefits and life-balance rewards are second to none.
Employer sponsored defined benefit pension, 403b with no company match, High deductible health plan (average), maternity benefits are basically non existent (60% pay for 5 weeks, personal time if you want more). Director and above qualify for more robust benefits and bonus plan.
Health insurance, high deductible, PTO
Good benefits package and vacation time accrural.
Generous PTO, expensive Medical, embarrassing Parental Leave.
Benefit and insurance packages have been decreasing since new CFO has taken on role. Long term employees are missing out on other employers matching and retirement benefits.
