Health insurance is expensive but they contribute to your HSA. Time off is by seniority if a nurse.
Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center provides a 403B (Which is similar to a 401K), health insurance, pension plan, adequate vacation time, and maternity leave.
Salary is below average for nearly every position. They provide a comp ratio in which a 1.0 would mean you are at the midpoint (which they list as being the equivalent of average in your performance), yet I know very few people who are paid at that value. PTO is a little sad. It's 24 days, which sounds great until they tell you that 24 days is TOTAL - personal/vacation time, sick leave, and all holidays are rolled into it. Insurance is mediocre for a hospital. The three plans are all overpriced, and two have extremely high deductibles with many exclusions for medications you may need. Zero paternity leave, which is ridiculous. In their favor, though, they offer two awesome benefits: 1) Fertility/adoption assistance 2) Tuition reimbursement for undergraduate and graduate coursework
Offers healthcare and 403B retirement plan.
CCHMC has a fully funded retirement plan!
Love the pension, almost unheard of this day and age. 403 B, dental medical
Cincinnati Children's has a great selection of comprehensive health and benefits options as well as incentive plans making healthy decisions.

Children’s offers an competitive benefit package.
Non-clinical position employees feel 'disposable' - some departments very political. Didn't seem to want to hire from within or get feedback about procedures, but this is a wonderful hospital and can have a great atmosphere.
