Some of the employee perks is that you get a small discount on any food (either snacks or actual hot food). You get 2 free tickets a day (at least from what I remember). Days off are usually approved when put into the system
The health insurance premiums were super expensive for basic coverage
Really good benefits package, 401K match up to 6%, free movies for you and a guest, opportunities to special events, discount on concessions.
free movies if you call ahead
You’d get free tickets to a move if the movie wasn’t popular and they had space. You’d also get 50% off concessions while you were working
I don’t really know what the benefits were I know we had them but they never went over it or explained how or where to get them plus I didn’t need them so I never asked
Decent health insurance through Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas. PTO is on the accrual system and accrues stupidly slow. Employee discount on lunch breaks only.
There are so many great benefits such as the great healthcare insurance and the 6% match on 401K
Honestly I didn't sign up for any of the benefits they had. I remember there being dental and medical benefits. but that's about it.
There are no benefits available at a company like this. The only thing given are perks, which are basically discounts on the food and drinks, as well as tickets. If you're lucky enough, your location might be generous enough to hand out movie passes
