You must work at Cintas for a year before vacation and PTO kick in. Pretty standard, but can be tough, especially with the attendance policy, which is points-based and very frustrating.
3 weeks after 10 years on the job!
The vacation policy is terrible. You max out at four weeks off, but you don't hit that until 15 years.
Vacation package is average overall
It is very hard as an SSR to take time off. Management gives you a hard time about it. Also, vacation days are not granted are not equal across all positions.
Vacation time accrued could be better. Have to work there a year before you get one week. After 2 years it's 2 weeks, but then you don't get anything again until 8 years. Ay 8 years you get 3 weeks at which you are maxed out.
More sick days would be nice. Vacation pkg is good.
Only give you five days for your first year, and ten days for years 2-5, then 15 days after your fifth year. You can sell the days back which is cool.
Salaried employees get 2 weeks paid vacations for 1st 5 years and 3 weeks after.
no problem here but the company ders what it does because it's the standard out there and you have to compete in order to find good employees
