Pretty standard. Common complaint is that there's no increase in PTO at 10 years -paid time off allowance only increases only with 1, 5, 15 and 20 year anniversaries.

5 days of sick time PER YEAR does work for people with kids. Average medical, dental, vision. Poor 401K match. The company doesn't care about you when you outside their walls.

The vacation process is extremely easy. You submit your request through the online Workday portal, and your store manager approves or denies it within a week.

You are given vacation hours but if you take them your assistant manager(if you have one) has to cover and is basically a wreck when you get back. Draw your own conclusions there.
