The vacation process is extremely easy. You submit your request through the online Workday portal, and your store manager approves or denies it within a week.

You are given vacation hours but if you take them your assistant manager(if you have one) has to cover and is basically a wreck when you get back. Draw your own conclusions there.

The best thing about the paid time off and vacation time is really for store managers and above. Store managers get vacation and sick pay and personal days based on how much they work. Store managaers end up getting about 3-4 weeks off every year. Maybe more.

You only receive vacations and sick days after your with the company at least one year. You get one week of vacation time but unsure of the sick hours because they where never used since they were short staffed.

I took a long vacation and leave after I had my first child. I believe they didn't give me a hard time because I'm with the company for a long time
