When the company does really well, we'll often get a special (expensive) gift around Christmas. There's also a monthly LIVE concert on the patio, or within walking distance on the popular 6th street.

The best thing about Cirrus is the work-life balance and the fun activities. The health insurance premium is one of the lowest in industry. Health benefits are in line with others, but free generic maintenance drugs is nice.
Family care could be better. within the last year the maternity leave added 2 weeks of full pay on top of the standard 2/3rds pay for 6 weeks; and the paternity leave increase from 0 to 2 weeks. It's a definite improvement from before but still feel like women are being punished with decreased paid leave for having kids. There is a Women's initiative ongoing to try to hire more young women in the company, but there really should be more focus on trying to develop and keep the ones Cirrus has.
They hold healthy living to a high regard and the employees can benefit from that with great health plans and many on site health options available at little to no cost. Not to mention the numerous freebies throughout the year from Valentine's to Christmas and in between.
PTO (personal time off) is very good, health plan is very good and so is the saving for retirement plan. They are a little tight with the stock options and RSU's (unless you are working on someone's pet project)
