Very solid plan. 80/20 rule. HSA means keep yourself fit as much as possible due to the deductable..

Cost per month for self, spouse + kids seems a bit high (~$200 per pay period) but coverage is great and Cisco made adjustments so that cost wouldn't increase last year.
