Cisco prioritizes access to a choice of quality plans. These include national high deductible and PPO options, as well as regional HMOs.
Onsite clinic is very good. But it's not a plan for everyone.

I chose the plan with the higher deductible ($3000) because my family is rarely sick and does not have any ongoing medical issues. Cisco adds $750 to my medical savings plan each year to help offset the costs.

I would say the value is the best thing about the insurance at Cisco. You get great coverage plus an HSA at a pretty low price
