    If I recall I had 3 or 4 weeks of paid time off and when I had to work holidays I was compensated for additional income. My only issue was that it all had to be used by the end of the year and didn't role over.

    NO cash out of unused PTO/vacation. You do not get enough time out of busy schedule to take time off and end up loosing accrued PTO.
