Beyond the paycheck.
As a Cision employee, you're positioned directly on the cutting-edge of the social media landscape. Working with the next generation of technology and tools to help communicators capitalize in a Web 3.0 world. Along with competitive salary packages, Cision offers all the benefits you'd expect from a leading company. But to reward the very best talent in the industry, we go above and beyond, including:
Excellent PTO and medical benefit options. Vision, dental, EAP, even pet insurance.
401K and benefits are competitive
Our benefits before acquisition were better, but these are still much above average.
Above average benefits package.
I like the flex hours, work from home, casual environment. Bagels/fresh fruit on Mondays, free gym. Everything else is comparable.
Fairly good benefits package. No Employee Stock Purchase Program
Tuition reimbursement, paternity leave, and allows flexibility with employee schedules and the opportunity to work remotely
Cision offers basic benefits in terms or healthcare and 401k. They do offer an exceptional amount of vacation/sick time off, I have never seen a company offer this much PTO
Plenty of PTO and vacation time. Medical insurance was with Blue Cross with a very small deductible compared to other places. Dental is pretty decent and Vision insurance has improved over the years. They could do more to help commuters pay for their commute. Right now they offer pre-tax money through Discovery Benefits and it doesnt add up to much assistance overall.
Fairly flexible work schedule depending on department. Benefits package is moderately competitive. Benefits increase by position, not by tenure. No stock options or profit sharing.
