    Compared to other banks, this bank's health insurance is average (55% subsidized by company for a family plan) Foreign banks typically will offer better health coverage where employee pays only up to 25% of the cost.

    Health insurance is not that different from other companies. They have an HMO and PPO, low deductible and high deductible.

    Awesome coverage. Health, dental, vision. Low and high deductible options. Offered through BCBS and UHC (I think). Amount you pay is based on your annualy salary. The more you make the more you pay. For myself, which includes my family I pay $200 every 2 weeks for all my benefits (health, vision, dental, HCS, and LTD).
