    Compared to other banks, this bank's health insurance is average (55% subsidized by company for a family plan) Foreign banks typically will offer better health coverage where employee pays only up to 25% of the cost.

    Health insurance is not that different from other companies. They have an HMO and PPO, low deductible and high deductible.
