Tuition assistance is up to $3,000 a year subject to manager approval. It has to be relevant to your position and the date of the final exam is considered the year the course is taken in. Be careful of courses that start in the fall but have January final exams. Additionally, you must also remain at the company for at least one full year after the completion of the course. If you quit, you have to pay them back.
