didn't cover the cost of tuition
Tuition assistance can be difficult to get approved. Citi makes an effort to provide in-house training for necessary job skills.
Tuition assistance is up to $3,000 a year subject to manager approval. It has to be relevant to your position and the date of the final exam is considered the year the course is taken in. Be careful of courses that start in the fall but have January final exams. Additionally, you must also remain at the company for at least one full year after the completion of the course. If you quit, you have to pay them back.
citi doesn't offer that sad
Citi has a good tuition reimbursement plan.
Again, this is an excellent opportunity for those that want to grow in the company.
If you had chance to use this such as only working one job or something, I believe this was a great benefit. I did not get to use it, but I believe they would give $5000 a yr for any score that was a C or above you would be reimbursed fore.

I never used it but showed it to my employees. Benefit seemed to have gotten reduced the last couple of years.
