Very solid benefits package in terms of the basics (dental, health, etc) for a single, unmarried employee. It is somewhat frustrating that there are plenty of lifestyle perks available (free museum access, car rental discounts, etc) that aren't transparently available- you have to really go hunting for them.
You receive your benefits/PTO starting day one. There is no wait time. After one year you have the ability to receive maternity/paternity leave.
401k has matching. Large number of healthcare insurance options
We have a great 401k package and benefits
16 weeks of maternity leave
The paid time off was the best
Benefits are GREAT! Benefits start day one, Good health insurance plans, many options to choose from, 401k, tuition reimbursement 5k yearly, health clinic onsite, you start with 2 weeks vacation, one week of sick leave, volunteer opportunities, discounts, and MORE
They got medical and dental plans for you, 401 K, a lot of personal services that are paid by the company.
Decent Benefits, but a lack of appreciation, and lowering commission.
Medical is super expensive and increases with salary thresholds. For example, when you cross $115K you are now in a higher bracket and pay approximately $4k more for a family of four than previous year salary of $110K!
