Vacation, Health Plan and 401 K Plan
Citi does not match your 401k until 1 year. Tuition reimbursement does not start until after 90 days Personal Bankers only receive 2 weeks paid vacation and their healthcare packages are poor and expensive. They also do not pay military service members for regular days missed for drill weekends they only pay when you are on active orders so not military friendly.
