“Terribly expensive and get even more so, the more salary you earn. Average is $16k per year for a family of four if you earn up to $115k.”

Very solid benefits package in terms of the basics (dental, health, etc) for a single, unmarried employee. It is somewhat frustrating that there are plenty of lifestyle perks available (free museum access, car rental discounts, etc) that aren't transparently available- you have to really go hunting for them.

You receive your benefits/PTO starting day one. There is no wait time. After one year you have the ability to receive maternity/paternity leave.

Decent Benefits, but a lack of appreciation, and lowering commission.

StarStarStarStarStar Current Vice President Operations in Jersey City, New Jersey

Medical is super expensive and increases with salary thresholds. For example, when you cross $115K you are now in a higher bracket and pay approximately $4k more for a family of four than previous year salary of $110K!
