Comprehensive Benefits package. Employee costs were high.
Health insurance was ok, pretty costly. 401k was pretty good, company matched up to 3%, paid vacation started at 2 weeks at first then we got more the longer we stay with the company. 6 unplanned days (paid). Great selections of employee discounts from TVs to cell phone carrier plans.
Some departments don’t get the choice of taking a holiday off. Some departments have to work holidays others don’t.
no more pension , just 401k
401k matching is generous. Paid time off is pretty good. Healthcare and insurance is good.
Best benefits I've ever had. Specialists are covered which is a great thing
401k, maternity leave, health care, retirement advisors
I enjoyed working for citi.....it was a good company
401k, health insurance , 5 plan days, 10 vacation days, paid bereavement, paid volunteer , discount perks at participating companies, life insurance options
It was a call center, depressing and very numbers driven. If you like being nothing more than a number or how well you performed last month, this is the place for you. However, the amount to qualify for commission kept changing so you are unable to rely on that as income.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
