Day one benefits, Health ins, 401k company match, time off very generous
The company has great health insurance and benefits. I wish I got more vacation days but I also just started working here.
- 401K - Health insurance plans that include vision and dental - Tuition reimbursement - Paid days off: holidays and vacation time - Mandatory time off: 1 to 2 weeks per year - Maternity leave
Excellent 401k Plan. Citi matches employee up to 6%.
Vacation time is awesome, with paid time off, holiday pay and floating holidays. It makes it simple to take some time off from work.
Good medical & dental coverage, 401 K matched up to 6%, PTO, 6 paid sick days annually. Low salary in comparison to what other companies are willing to pay for same position. Lack of appreciation for dedication & hard work.
Best thing about Citi is the benefits and pay.
Worst health care coverage and very expensive. Citizens had reduced paid time off, taken bonuses away and reduced raise amounts. Does provide great maternal and paternal time off, paid.
They just upped the paternity leave to 8 weeks. Below average health insurance otherwise.
Pension plan not great. No 401k matching for many employees.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
