The benefits package at Citi is very competitive with other large financial institutions. New full time employees should expect to receive 15-17 days vacation days along with 5-6 sick days. The company 401k match is one of the best that I’m aware of, matching up to 6% of an employee’s contribution following one year of service.

The cost of health insurance continued to go up every year, but that is pretty standard at most places nowadays.
