The cost of health insurance continued to go up every year, but that is pretty standard at most places nowadays.

Insurance (health, dental, vision) is very reasonably priced and good coverage. 401k contributions are matched very well. The vacation package is good and unplanned days are separate from vacation.

Great Benefits. Pretty Standard with the bank. At and VP and SVP level you get 4 weeks of PTO and 6 sick days. You c an roll over up to 10 days of unused vacation to the following year but you have to use by March or you will lose it. Maternity leave is 4 weeks and paternity leave is 2 months. Work from Home or work remote is encouraged and supported. I hate working from home but if you consider it a perk Citi typically will allow it depending on your role and management team. 401K matching is pretty standard and good as well. Nothing to complain about.

The best thing about the benefits package is mandatory vacation. We have to take one week off whether we want to or not.
