Citibank's 401k is not a great program. My current employer 401k program is much better

They offered health benefits and 401K matching. I was young at the time so I didn't worry about the health benefits. Even as part time you get two weeks paid vacation and paid holidays which was nice.

They reeled me in with FMLA after 90 days and then when I called to activate, having a special needs child, they said the policy had changed and it was a year before qualification. None of the employees were notified.
