Not great. Your length of employment determines how much you will be paid while on parental leave. It is between 60%-80% of your pay.

StarStarStarStarStar Former Asst. Branch Manager in Narragansett, Rhode Island

The state of RI will pay out TDI, 6 wks for natural birth, 8 wks for c-section birth. Good luck finding some where to pump when you return to work. HR dept was not very helpful but luckily for me I had an awesome manager who gave me flexible time to pump.

i know they have maternity leave. I don't think its as long as other companies

StarStarStarStarStar Former Branch Manager in Boston, Massachusetts

I would say it's less than average especially for the male parent compared to other competitors. The challenge is, it constantly changes from time to time and benefits do change so keeping track of those is another challenge. Benefit info is all over the place and not clear.
