    Great place to work , everyone is nice and wants you to do well. Just wish you could pick better hours before your hired, with that being said they do give you a chance to pick from 3 schedules, but it will be all am or all pm starts and then they will run a class right behind your for the opposite shifts.

    Benefits package used to be impressive, but has gradually eroded over the past several years, most notably in vacation time, healthcare choices and 401(k) match. The justification was to "better align the company to industry standards." At one point the robust package was a major selling point to job candidates. Now it's pretty much like everyone else.

    They offer everything you really need. 401k, health, dental, identity protection, pet insurance, PTO etc, etc.

    Very few in-network providers in the area. The plans (Cigna, Delta Dental, and VSP) were very expensive. Terrible coverage and very few insurance options. The company does participate in an ESPP which is nice and they match 100% of the first 4% contribution to your 401k after you have been there at least a year. Good employee discounts too (free magazine, hotel discount, flight discounts, phone discounts, etc.)

    They have a comprehensive plan with generous benefits. I would recommend working here to anyone. They work with outside vendors to get you discounts.

    Expensive Plans. Unless you want to pay hefty prices most people choose HSA

    401 k is up to 3% match. Worst is vision package. Best is you get money for doing things with your health insurance like going to the doctor.
