The only downfall about the benefits program is there is no help for new hires to explain the package details.

Best: Benefits are comprehensive including 100% match on up to 5% in 401k plus 2% 401k annual contribution. Employee discounts including to onsite gym. On site medical care and bank. Competitive PTO (not vacation and sick, all PTO lumoed together). After 5 years I have 23 days of PTO. Worst: Health benefits are very expensive in my experience (married with children) I opted to use my spouses health benefits.
Lots of policy plan options unlike some that only offer 1 insurance provider option.
Best thing is payed time off. Worst thing is they dont pay you at the end of year for unused pto time.
