    The health insurance if fairly expensive. Also, if your spouse/partners company offers health insurance and you opt to use the Citizens health insurance you have to pay an extra annual fee.

    Best work in my department is that we are able to work from home 2 or 3 days a week, and I love starting work at 4am, as I get off so early I still have the rest of the day to do anything.

    You get 18 days vacations day when you start, once your there for 5 years you get an extra 5 days. No sick days .The health insurance is cigna which is not the best but not too bad either. You get 8 weeks maternity leave but if you havent been there for 5 years you dont get paid the full amount you only get paid 60% but if you have been there for 5 years you get the full anount

    Decent benefits package overall but changes to paid time off (PTO) make Citizens average among peer competitors. It used to be an industry leader prior to the change and a strong reason to stay with Citizens.
