Citizens has a good health plan with different plans depending on how much you want to spend. They will match up to 3% of 401k, but after a year of service they will give you a small bonus into the 401k, but you have to be there at years end to receive. They also offer a employee stock purchase plan with a 10% discount off of CSG.
The worst thing about the benefits package at Citizens Bank is their 401k fund offerings. There are very few to choose from and most of them are not good performers and come with fees.

Everything is great! They let me take PTO immediately and are being very helpful. They match the retirement plan after 1 year in service.
Out of the 5 banks I've worked for, Citizens by far has the most expensive health insurance. I'm single and have no children, and it cost me approximately $280/month for health insurance. This plan has co-pays with a 80/20% pay plan once I've reached my deductible of $2,500.
Generous paid time off. Matches 401k contributions up to 4%. Good discounts on extracurriculars, etc. Healthcare is a bit pricy.
The best thing about the benefits package they offer is the match of your 401k. The dental and medical benefits are also great.
