Great coverage but expensive options. The company should offer cheaper options

401k match and annual addition retirement contribution of 2% salary
Health insurance with ways to save, 23 PTO days, 10-11 holidays, paid volunteer time, 401k match up to 4% after a year, employee stock pricing, perks at work savings, etc.
401k is good and insurance
There are 22 PTOs per year - after which you go without pay with manager’s approval. Due to security reasons, you cannot work while being physically located outside USA. Health insurance is decent.
Great place to work like the culture
Offers everything you'd expect from a fortune 500 company
The best part is the PTO once you get to a certain level and now we can actually roll it over. The worse is the lack of fruitful pay raises and promotions. The pay raises are 1-3% while managers might get more with bonuses. Operational and/or individuals with VP and below generally do not get bonuses when they do the majority of the work.
