Again, part of cost cutting, they take away one by one employee benefits to show profits.
Previously this was managed as part of the departmental budgets but is now a benefit administered through HR and requires the tuition to be towards a degree (no standalone courses) and a certain GPA to be met.
$7500 per year. Must gain approval to utilize from HR. Must get a B or better grade wise. Considering the cost of college tuition, this is now a very poor benefit.
