Work shifting and flex hours
Great benefits - 3 weeks PTO, 1 extra week after 5 years, 401 contributions, insurance
The benefits at Citrix are wonderful. Full-time employees start with 20 days PTO each year that can be used for vacation, sick, plus at 5-year anniversary this increases to 25 and at 10-yr to 30. Additional holidays throughout year and 2 days to volunteer. 401k package offers 50% match up to a certain percentage and there are multiple benefits packages to choose from giving you the flexibility with medical providers and choice between FSA and HSA. The vision allowance each year is very nice too. The office is equipped with many amenities (Raleigh: gym, basketball court, yoga studio, cafe, and more) and there are often other team building activities and employee events throughout the year. The extremely generous parental leave open to new parents (including spouses, partners, and those adopting) is hard to beat. I have not found anything I don't like about the benefits package. Depending on your role, it might be challenging to use PTO throughout the year and there is a limited rollover but my personal experience has been you can put in requests with no questions asked which is a definite plus for those days you just need a break. Also to note: Employee stock option plan available and top performers are rewarded with restricted stock units (RSUs). WFH policy is fantastic.
The benefits package is pretty good comparing with other companies. But it is worse than many years ago.
