Citrix offers 401k mini vacation days and a lot of amenities at the facility that make you feel as if work is a breeze
Health insurance was average, but that to be expected with current health insurance costs. You have to be careful which option you pick because they all have high co-pays. Time off appears to be plentiful but they punish you for using it.

Telecommute flexibility is awesome. Currently, their insurance is serviced by Cigna--which is not great
The 401K match is pretty good, but other companies have the same. Pet friendly office and onsite gym were also great. Quarterly bonus program was also good, but I heard that there were plans to get rid of it.
Benefits are very strong overall. A notable exception is the weakness in retirement or long-term savings benefits in the form of 401k packages and stock options.
