The benefits package is comprehensive and pretty standard for larger financial institutions. One great benefit is profit sharing program and one benefit that sets them apart.
CNB has a great benefits package with medical, dental, vision, 401k...all the good stuff. Unfortunately, not everything is covered 100% by the company, just partially covered.
Pretty nice benefits package offered, I was satisfied. Maternity leave could be better though, although you are able to use sick time.
