401k match (3.6%) plus discretionary profit sharing (3.5-5.5%) is top shelf. Vacation (20 days) plus paid sick time (1 day/month) is solid as well. You accrue a max of 1,040 sick hours.

Kelly Coffey came on board and really listened the colleagues at CNB. She made some changes to the benefits package - really doubling down on maternity leave and showing that the focus on family and care for colleagues was not just lip service. She has made some big changes and led the company through the pandemic with tremendous focus on colleague wellbeing. They offer strong 401k matching plus a great profit sharing (assuming you stay long enough to fully vest). Most of the benefits are on parity with competitors in this space and some that are larger.
Health insurance is OK - you still have to contribute a minimum of $50 per check for Kaiser HMO (I think this is the cheapest option). Basic dental and vision. Employer paid basic life insurance. 401K matching is also OK - they match 3% up to 6% per paycheck. Their profit sharing contributions at the end of year can sometimes be quite generous. You get to accrue up to 120 hours PTO. Sick pay is very generous - they gave everyone an additional 2 weeks of sick hour balance when the pandemic hit. They have a variety of wellness programs, adoption assistance (10K reimbursement), ergonomic program, 4 month paid maternity leave and other various leaves, colleague resource groups (great for networking). Discounts on mortgages and loans.
