Vacation allowance can be taken at any time throughout the calendar year regardless of accruement, if you were to leave CNB prior to repaying that time accrued it will be deducted from your final check. The luxury of being able to take time as needed as oppose to when it is "available" is a huge perk. Also, great additional PTO allotments available for various needs. Health insurance options are extensive and generously paid for by company, out of pocket expenses are low in comparison to other companies.

Many healthcare options available. Some options created inputed tax liability when covering partners/dependent so ask about that. Best perk was the generous vacation allowance for VPs and not tracked for SVPs along with many holidays. Profit sharing used to be fantastic...more recently that benefit was reduced. Some changes did occur after Royal Bank of Canada / RBC acquisition in late 2015.
