I like the HSA accounts, but could use some more information on how to benefit from other programs that HR can provide. HR staff are very friendly and always helpful.

The company offered 401K, vacation, sick days, and personal days. They also offered health and dental insurance, and company paid life insurance.
The pension is the best aspect of the job. Additionally, there are 13 paid holidays each year and about 9 hours of vacation pay each month.
Covers all the basics with the ability to add more coverage easily. They have recently started using a web based system that asks basic questions and then recommends specific coverage plans to you. I found that to be very helpful.
The only option is Community Health Care. They do have a health clinic that's free to use, no copay, at a few sites, downtown being one.

Dental blows. Havent had to use the medical but i heard it sucks too. They pay for most of it so thats good.
