Company is very profitable–would be nice if the owners would allow an ESOP.
Worst thing: Still lacking in those more forward-thinking benefits that you'd normally attribute with a tech company (flex time, greater employee discounts, etc.)
There is no VISION insurance and the perks publicized only benefit in-house employees (none for remote workers).
Flexible schedules (work from home in some positions), standard 401K, short/long term disability, employee assistance program. Health insurance is pretty standard, with decent rates. Some life insurance provided.
Best thing : The number of benefits Worst thing : Cost of Health Insurance (not entirely the company's fault)
Lots of office perks! 401K is pretty standard. HR does a good job educating employees on the benefits available. Beer, Wine on tap. Free drinks.
Time off is not accrued, you just cannot take paid time off your fist 90 days. Automatic 401k plan.
The benefits are pretty good. You receive an FSA, 401 K option with some matching, flexible work hours, free Life Insurance, no dress code, etc...
Healthcare was a little on the expensive side.
Best thing about the benefits package is the flexible work hours and ability to work remote if needed (temporarily). The worst thing is not being paid out on vacation days - it's use them or lose them.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
