Health insurance is really good. 401K match started but still relatively small. Improvements made in the last year.
Good healthcare and PTO, average 401k
Pretty good health insurance. No bonus and barely any raise opportunities. Company knows it pays below average (25 -40 percentile), but HR isn't doing anything about it.
No 401k match is a con; great new family leave policy. Lots of general flexibility in terms of where and when you work. although folks definitely tend to work a lot of hours overall.
I'm amused that people keep talking about the vacation time as if it's generous. I got a competing offer with literally twice the paid vacation time, as well as more company holidays. Even BlueLabs, Civis's primary competitor and also a (less well-funded) start-up, has better benefits.
Great health, dental, and transportation benefits, and generous time off.
Good amount of vacation time. No set times to come in or leave, generally pretty flexible about everything.
We have really cost-effective benefits. The prescription coverage and wellness initiatives are a little lacking but are being addressed in 2016.
For a startup, the benefits are excellent and improving constantly (401k is imminent).
The flexible work hours and generous vacation time are the best parts of official benefits at Civis. The company offers medical, dental, and vision plans. There's no 401k or other retirement program available yet. Civis is a young company, though, and will add more benefits as it grows.
