I didn't stay long enough to take advantage of their education benefit. However, from what I recall, if you maintained an A GPA, they would cover your graduate education.

Time off policy: You cannot roll over too many days.
Bad vacation package. Taking vacation is discouraged.

The benefits are standard compared to what most other employers in the industry offer in the region. The Time-off days are limited to a maximum of 10 for the first five years of employment.
