Great benefits package and excellent company contributions towards plans!
company has moved to PTO which is a huge upgrade from what was offered previously

Clark Nexsen offers very competitive packages of benefits. The benefits are reviewed annually and benchmarked against the industry standard.
401K was the best benefit even for interns they had it. They even had sick and paid time off.
Offer great vacation and sick time, in addition to 401k and HSA contributions. Considering switch to PTO, details of that change are not fully developed.
Clark Nexsen has a good benefit package for the employee. Family insurance is expensive, but is probably in line with other companies. Unfortunately, no PTO option, so not good for someone that is rarely sick or doesn't want to lie about being sick to be able to take the time off.
The health care benefits are high deductible and expensive. However the company tries to offset some costs by contributing to the employee's HSA. They try but fall short. BUT It's a great place to work.
For the employee there is no out of cost expense for a reasonable heath care plan. With the corporate contribution to our HSA, even co-pays are covered.
Company should look into more flexibility with teleworking.
