You get your own office space & PC, a great learning experience as they teach you throughout the work new languages and different statistical computer packages. Also you get compensated well taking into consideration the fact that this is an on campus job.

Pay was low but some nice benefits. They allow employees to attend some classes free from the continuing education dept so you can actually finish or receive your BA. I do not know if they allow Masters level classes or not. They allow employees to use the gymnasium which was nice.
Since I was student research assistant, I got the minimum benefits.
The vacation policy is very flexible in the summers, but less so during the school year. Health insurance has great coverage in Worcester.

A clue is that they charge their employees $40 each year for a parking sticker.
