Benefits were standard and helpful. The compensation for my role was pretty low which ultimately was why I had to move on. I understand non-tech roles at tech companies are less lucrative, but still!

The best is WFH, our vacations and of course our company employees (even though not a benefit apart of the legal package)...worst is that 401k is not matched yet... and some departments are a bit more hypocritical with their offerings (WFH needs to be approved, dont advertise that you can take class during the day when your manager needs to approve this, higher ups can act like they are making changes but sometimes feels as if it goes in one ear and out the other).
