1/2 Day Fridays, Company shirts, PTO, flexible hours, Volunteer Time-Off (VTO), lunches/meals/snacks occasionally provided, and lots of opportunities to bond with co-workers (Happy Hours, Company retreat, Toastmasters, etc.).
Nothing special about health coverage, basic health, dental. Offers a 401k but doesn't do any matching. Some of the perks "they offer" are actually organized by employees on their own time.
We're more likely to get another beer fridge than we are to get 401k matching. There just seems to be a problem with priorities and compensation for anyone who is not an engineer.
