The best thing is the teacher retirement plan and health insurance. The rates have not increased over last few years.

They do not pay enough..we have games and end up work from 8:30a.m until 10 or 11 p.m. and we can still apply and get approved for foodstamps and welfare

Some local systems are paying more for teachers with the same years of experience and education. Clayton county did issues bonus for signing contracts early.
