“There are limited options to choose from.”
Standard package with Health, Dental, 401k
Benefits for full time employees are good.
A great benefits package for all employees
Great Medical Benefits, Company matches up to 3% of 401k, Downfall is that benefits offered are relatively expensive for employees but it is good coverage.
Hi there! I'm a relatively successful sales director. However, I'd like to become a Real Estate Agent for the uncapped income potential. Now, I wouldn't say I like paperwork. Like seriously, I'll work run myself ragged for sales and work all night, but after that, I'm done. I start making errors if I work on paperwork for more than 30 minutes to an hour. How bad is the paperwork for real estate agents? Could I manage?
Aspiring agent here. I know that Keller Williams touts its culture as focused on God, family and business. I have heard only good things about KW when doing my research. However, I am concerned that someone who is liberal (religiously and politically) may not fit into the overall culture there. Can anyone share any experiences that could give me more insight into this?
On Fishbowl, you can share insights and advice anonymously with Clayton Holdings employees and get real answers from people on the inside.
best thing is that they offer something in the benefit package and worse thing is the very little benefits available.
The benefits package offered at Clayton is commensurate with many of those offered at medium size companies in the financial services market.
There is none if you are a contractor.
The benefits package is not the absolute best in terms of cost, but there are a few options available, and it is accepted at many physicians' offices.
Occasional company parties, decent health care and vacation days, but poor 401k contribution.
Best - health reimbursement account for medical for full-time employees Worst - lack of bonus/incentive, lack of flexibility
