What would be the worst/most challenging thing about being a real estate agent?

Hi there! I'm a relatively successful sales director. However, I'd like to become a Real Estate Agent for the uncapped income potential. Now, I wouldn't say I like paperwork. Like seriously, I'll work run myself ragged for sales and work all night, but after that, I'm done. I start making errors if I work on paperwork for more than 30 minutes to an hour. How bad is the paperwork for real estate agents? Could I manage?

Aspiring agent here. I know that Keller Williams touts its culture as focused on God, family and business. I have heard only good things about KW when doing my research. However, I am concerned that someone who is liberal (religiously and politically) may not fit into the overall culture there. Can anyone share any experiences that could give me more insight into this?
