Exceptional perks and benefits!
All of the benefits are really great.
Benefits are decent, they just switched haven’t looked at it yet
They try to keep health care cost as low as possible for employees.
No benefits as a consulting contractor
Its a fair package. Decent coverage and affordable
Amazing maternity leave, PTO, and other unique benefits
low wages, poor commision structure, expensive benefits, long hours, earned too little to afford to use vacation days
I only took the vision/dental care, and life insurance they were not expensive. Not to sure about the medical coverage.
Clayton does provide benefits, but it's nothing to write home about. First year is 5 days PTO, bumped to 10 days PTO after one year.
