“flexible and affordable comprehensive benefits with a huge national provider”
“Most companies will match a portion up to a certain percentage of an employee's salary. Clean Energy has matched 50% up to the maximum allowed each year. Drawback is that it is at the company's discretion, but the company is in a strong financial position and likely will not cut this benefit in my opinion.”
401k has a 50% match up to the maximum contribution threshold of $19.5k. Matching is technically done "at company discretion" but they have done it each of the last 5 years. :)
Great benefits package that is good for the entire family.
incredible high company 401K contribution
The Company has a comprehensive benefits package including a discretionary 401K match. The Company has historically matched close to 50%.
The health insurance is not great and very costly. The life insurance is mediocre. The 401k is ok and the company has been very good about matching in the past. However, lately the company has faltered in those big fund matching opportunities but they still used that for recruiting.
Everything is California based, for the employees outside of California it can be challenging
Stock purchase plan is great. Health benefits are good and the overall comp plan is right on par with the market.
best thing was the year end bonuses, until they changed the program now that is the worst thing
Their benefits package is good. The est thing is their 401K, their worst is their HR department, they are incompetent and powerless
Decent Benefits but very few options. Blue Shield of CA. Low deductibles. Family cost is mediocre for the size of the company. VSP optical is decent. Delta dental on par.
