    Vacation time is good. You only get paid for the minimum hours. But you can use your Vacation time as a sick days.

    Matching up to 1200. After that nothing. They don't expend much on 401k

Health insurance is very expensive. 401 k matching is a joke. During covid-19 workers didn't get paid anything. Vacation time is paid off and holidays pay extra
