The worst thing is that the fitness reimbursement requires the regular update of health tracking app rather than just submitting gym attendance. Additionally, it decreases the cost of your health insurance by a set amount rather than a direct payout.

They adjust their 401k contribution based on how well the company is doing. It was really low for awhile.

Below market benefits. Always getting cut or reduced. eliminated 401k company contribution, employee stock purchase program, etc. Health insurance average.

Health insurance is very expensive with a high deductible that is unlikely top be met so most things are out of pocket. You're essentially paying twice. There is paid vacation and holidays along with a nominal 401k match.
