No 401K match or salary increases
Reinstated 401K 50% match in JAN18.
Everything is great with Clean Harbor
Although the company offers a lot of benefits, they are generally sub-standard. Most specifically, they have very poor matching ($750 annually) on the 401k.
out of pocket costs keep going up every year with pay and deductibles. They cut 401k match out whenever they don't have a good year.
Billion dollar company that does not match 401k. Unacceptable.
Extremely expensive health insurance with an extremely high deductible.
I actually left the company because the benefits are so bad. No company match on the 401K which makes a huge difference as you work your way towards retirement. There is no retirement plan funded by the company whatsoever. The medical benefits are horrible, expensive with a massive deductible....it gets worse every year. The bottom line is the terrible benefits required me to find a better job and in addition the poor benefits is causing a turnover in some areas of 30% or more.
The health insurance is expensive and the deductibles are very high. The cost increases every year and the coverage declines.
They stopped matching the 401K and also they started putting the Health insurance money the company is suppose to give you per year for their part by the quarter. They were constantly thing of more and more ways to shrink the benefits.
