    out of pocket costs keep going up every year with pay and deductibles. They cut 401k match out whenever they don't have a good year.

    I actually left the company because the benefits are so bad. No company match on the 401K which makes a huge difference as you work your way towards retirement. There is no retirement plan funded by the company whatsoever. The medical benefits are horrible, expensive with a massive deductible....it gets worse every year. The bottom line is the terrible benefits required me to find a better job and in addition the poor benefits is causing a turnover in some areas of 30% or more.

    The health insurance is expensive and the deductibles are very high. The cost increases every year and the coverage declines.

    They stopped matching the 401K and also they started putting the Health insurance money the company is suppose to give you per year for their part by the quarter. They were constantly thing of more and more ways to shrink the benefits.

    The new "Consumer Driven" health benefits are actually corporate driven cuts to these benefits. If you have a family, your deductible is over $2500.00. If you're making $18 per hour, you're basically screwed out of using these benefits. Oh, but you can participate in an HSA plan which takes a set amount paycheck to p

    The healthcare plans are horrible. Cost per week keeps going up the deductibles are outrages. Do not see this getting better Deductibles are 5500 per year.
