The worst thing is that the fitness reimbursement requires the regular update of health tracking app rather than just submitting gym attendance. Additionally, it decreases the cost of your health insurance by a set amount rather than a direct payout.
Not good to expensive to cover
They adjust their 401k contribution based on how well the company is doing. It was really low for awhile.

Health insurance is very expensive with a high deductible that is unlikely top be met so most things are out of pocket. You're essentially paying twice. There is paid vacation and holidays along with a nominal 401k match.
