Clean Harbors is very understanding of work life balance and is flexible with its employees, they do not micro manage their employees.
Industry worst based on my experience
They aren’t the best all they care about is money
Health insurance is decent, but moderately expensive. 401k contribution from the company is minimal. 2 weeks paid vacation per year (gained over time) and major holidays off.
They offer benefits and recently reinstated 401k contributions - not matching at this time.
It is a good thing to have
Its very high amount of deductible.
It's a good thing to have it help in a long run
Benefits are terrible. Health insurance goes up every year and no raises
Benefits are a joke! Health care is the worst in the industry. Rates go up every year and employee contribution decreases every year. They took away stock options, no raises hardly ever, just got a pathetic 401K match back after being taken away for years. It's very apparent that this company doesn't care about their employees.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
