The PPO plan was really the only way to go, in my opinion. It was about $56/week for a single person, which I thought was a bit pricey.
Time off is not approved all the time due to shortages of employees
They rarely match the 401 K . There is a $7000 deductible on health insurance. There is a Health Savings Account
PTO is not the best selling point because you only start with a prorate two weeks and you only increase vacation time after working for 5 years. 401K match is also a weak point because the employer only matches 2-3% (maxed per year at roughly $3,000.00). The match is only fully vested if you are employed for 3 threes.
They provide expensive insurance, high rates and very high deductibles. No bonuses or pay increases.
The only good thing about the benefits is the HSA.
