As a part time employee, I did not have benefits for Clean Water Action. However, the scheduling is flexible if you have another job or are a student.
If you get good at raising money, you will be bumped from $11/hr to $13.75 and receive 30% commission on every dollar you raise over the average of $175 per night.
Fully paid for healthcare, paid parental leave.
They used to do 50% 401k matching. I don't think they do this for the canvass staff anymore though.
Clean Water Action does what it can when it comes to benefits. The company seems committed to ad additional/better benefits as it is able to.
the benefits of being an intern here at clean water is the money you get for being an intern, the only down side is how long it takes to get the full amount and how long the internship is.
I like that Clean Water Action is invested in its employees by offering 401(k) matching fund, health and dental coverage, and a competitive time off package.
You need to work 21 hours to get benefits. When working FT I had great health and dental coverage.
You get no benefits unless you've toughed it out for six months to a year.
You get benefits if you make staff which is unlikely to happen. You do not get any benefits until you make staff.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
