Work from home is great, no weekends, good benefits and compensation. lots of incentives.
Good Health Insurance with reasonable cost. No match on 401k which was disappointing. No real retirement plan.
Probabaly you had to wait a year to get 401k, everything else seemed good.
Haven't been with the company long, but they do offer dental, vision, and health insurance after 60 days of employment, 2 weeks PTO and sick days. The also offer a 401K and incentives for referring people to the company. I am completely content with all of these.
Insurance covers everything but is super expensive, telecommuting is awesome
not a lot of vacation, or sick days. Insurances is expensive.
Nothing bad to say
The benefits are average. They are what you find at most companies. It would be nice if they added an EAP program, STD and LTD
It is good that you get benefits but it is very expensive. I pay $110 twice a month for a PPO just for me.
They offer a heath care plan that you pay in to. They also offer vision and dental. The benefits package is lacking. I would say it is average overall. It is much less than expected.
